The 2020 Resilience: Equity in Gender, Health, & Water conference was held on March 6-7, co-hosted by Ohneganos mental wellness Academic Co-PI, Dr. Christine Wekerle.
In 2020, from February 6-8, members of the Ohneganos team attended and presented at the Indigenous Community Health and Research Conference at the Gathering Place by the Grand in Six Nations.
The Ohneganos team planned several events for the week of June 3, 2019 - including Indigenous mapping workshops in Six Nations and a Mapping Water Knowledge workshop at McMaster University.
On May 26, 2019, for the first time, Haudenosaunee leaders met with the Ohneganos team to discuss water, climate change, and environmental health issues.
On April 7, 2019, Co-Creation of Indigenous Water Quality Tools partnered with United Nations University - Institute for Water, Environment, and Health to celebrate World Health Day.
