On October 15, 2019, Ohneganos researcher Dr. Charles de Lannoy led a team of students out into the field to conduct fieldwork along the McKenzie Creek in Six Nations.
On June 16, 2019, Ohneganos researcher Dr. Charles de Lannoy showcased his research plans to Six Nations, including water testing and water quality monitoring using low-cost sensors.
The Ohneganos team planned several events for the week of June 3, 2019 - including Indigenous mapping workshops in Six Nations and a Mapping Water Knowledge workshop at McMaster University.
On May 26, 2019, for the first time, Haudenosaunee leaders met with the Ohneganos team to discuss water, climate change, and environmental health issues.
